Jeff West

CEO & President

Jeff co-founded VantagePoint in 1994 with the vision of providing insightful Organizational Consulting to business leaders looking to maximize the human impact in their companies. Analytical by nature, he focuses on implementing processes and tools that provide measurable data analytics.

He has over 25 years of experience providing Talent Assessment and Career Transition services to Nebraska businesses who are in need of Outplacement, Retirement Transition, Career Management, and Executive Coaching solutions.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he studied Aerospace Engineering and Finance. He received his M.B.A. with emphasis in Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), and a Certified Competency Development Expert (CCDE). In his free time, Jeff likes to take his family for boat rides on the lake.

Judith Davies

Sr. Executive Coach, CEO-Emeritus

Judith co-founded VantagePoint and served as it’s CEO for over 20 years. She began her career managing customer service in a large manufacturing firm and moved on to head IT for a division of a large energy conglomerate.

She served as full-time faculty at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, for 3 years teaching courses in Management and Organizational Behavior. Judith has consulted/coached new CEOs, minority female business owners, heads of nonprofits, and senior leaders in manufacturing and IT.

Judith has been a business owner for over 25 years, providing Organizational Consulting services to clients in 14 states. Previous experience includes 8+ years as head of IT for a large energy conglomerate, full-time faculty appointment (3 years) at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, College of Business, and numerous business consulting and coaching assignments for minority female business owners, newly appointed CEO’s, and generational business transfers.

She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and a B.A., Adult Education, from University of Nebraska, Omaha. Judith is certified in multiple assessment instruments. In her free time, Judith enjoys gardening and reading.

Tommy West

Vice President

Tommy began working at VantagePoint as a Management Consulting Intern while pursuing his undergraduate degree. His responsibilities included coordinating client projects between Omaha and 300+ global affiliate locations. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, with a B.S. in Business Administration, he went on to serve as the Graduate Assistant of Strategic Management and completed his M.B.A. in Business Strategy.

Tommy focuses on modernizing VantagePoint’s outreach and visibility with the business community and providing consulting for clients undergoing career transition. Tommy is expanding and continuing the vision of providing customized and personalized Organizational Consulting solutions to business leaders, while also enhancing VantagePoint’s internal structure for future stability and growth. In his free time, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, inviting friends over to watch football, and traveling with his wife.

Diane West

Director of Career Services

Diane is a certified Master Career Consultant and leads the Career Transition Services area at VantagePoint. She works with individuals undergoing career transition by developing and fine-tuning resumes and LinkedIn profiles, practicing interviewing techniques, discussing networking ideas and negotiation techniques, and consulting one-on-one with candidates to ensure an effective job search strategy.

In addition to personally working with impacted employees, Diane engages in remote and local career coaching, as well as group facilitation of weekly classes for those going through the career transition process.

Diane graduated from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, with a B.S. in Business and Accounting and worked in the Auditing Department of a large bank before joining VantagePoint. In her free time, she likes to invite her family to the lake, travel to cold places, and take bike rides.
