How VantagePoint Got Started
Jeff West and Judith Davies founded VantagePoint in 1994 because they saw too many organizations making critical people decisions based on gut feeling instead of data. Hiring the wrong person. Promoting the wrong leader. Handling layoffs in ways that damaged everyone involved. They believed there was a better way, and they built a company around proving it.
Three decades later, that mission hasn't changed. We help organizations make smarter decisions about their people through that predicts job success, that reveal workforce potential, that protect employer brands during transitions, and that helps individuals navigate the decisions that shape their careers.
